The Minifive is a 5 axes, auto loading, horizontal work centre. Designed for working sintered material and precious metals. It has an inverted configuration in order to prohibit swarf and fumes coming into contact with the mechanical parts.

The only Pick-up lathe with counter headstock for machining of part from opposite side to first gripping. The extreme precision and repeatability permits operations of turning, milling and, above all, finishing operations by grinding with wheel spindle and disk dresser, hard turning with CBN tools.

The Minimax work centre was developed for operations on series of small/medium sized parts. With its auto loader and the vast number of accessories which can be installed they offer not only high productivity but also ease of use and retooling.

This centre is particularly suitable for multiple – high precision – high production operations and characterised by its 7 station – horizontal axis, rotating table on which the parts holding tooling is mounted. Two counter opposed, multi spindle units and a series of additional units and accessories can be positioned on the three work sides, giving the system high productivity. The particular ergonomic structure allows easy set-up – ease of use and maintenance.
