Pactainer ED® offers a safe protection against electrostatic hazards. They can be used for bulk goods which contain or are located in areas where electrostatic hazards are at present. For example for the chemical industry. The conductive fabric of a Pactainer ED® conducts the charge of the bulk products to the hoist in connection with the grounded straps and prevents reliable every kind of discharge which displays a risk of fire. A micro-perforation of all coated components of the inside and outside of the container which are connected with each other, guarantees that they are able to discharge the electrostatic energy. This process has already been patented. Pactainer ED® offers further safety: If there is not direct grounding of the lifting loops, the carriers of the charge will be handed over locally and defined to the hoist. This is realized by a Carona-Effect. The Surrounding area is not subject to static charging. Concerning such Flexible Intermediate Container (FIBC) which are subject to constant innovations, EMPAC belongs to today’s trendsetter in this business. Pactainer® are according to the requirements of their field of application made of flat or circular woven fabric, provided with a PP-coating or with PE-inner lining and produced as a single-use, returnable container or with a permission for the transport of dangerous goods. They are produced with different forms of tops and bottoms and filling and discharge spouts. Our range of products contains 1-loop, 2-loop and 4-loop Pactainer®. Lining made of PE or Aluminium, EVOH, PA etc. in combination with PE as well as electrostatically conductive foils for rigid or flexible Intermediate Bulk Container. Customer requirements and fields of application determine the material’s strength. The product range includes liner with filling and /or discharge spouts, simple liner (welded at the bottom and open at the top) as well as formstable liner with a grid, particles which allows an improved product flow. This liner can be produced as strengthened PE-Liner as well as Aluminium-combined liner. An ingenious system ensures that the layer made of Aluminium will not be strained and therefore still displays a barrier which offers a 100% security. Additionally, Pacliners are produced with a fixed cardboard at the bottom on request. EMPAC has also developed a special liner for the filling of EPS (expanded Polystyrol) whose special film recipe prevents a product-gas escape.

Flutainer® offer perfect conditions for the transport and storage of liquids and paste-like goods. Additionally, they save valuable storage space, because they can be stored space-saving before they are filled and after they have been discharged. This flexible bulk container can be built up by only one person in less than one minute. Rigid containers need the same space, no matter whether they are empty or filled. Flutainer® are different: Flutainer® are only built up when they are needed, for example for liquid sugar, to store auxiliary material for textiles or powder which is sensitive to pressure. Flutainer® are made up of a fabric container on the outside and a multiple PE-inner lining, a wooden pallet, four steel poles and a stacking frame.
