This feeder consists of a completely overhauled rotary feeder from CMC, a new pressure/vacuum pump made by Becker, and a self-programmed control system. All components are mounted on a stable frame made of aluminum construction profiles, which can be placed as a compact unit autonomously at any desired position in the production. The machine can either be operated continuously or controlled by an external signal. This allows inserts to be placed with pinpoint accuracy in a collecting section or at high speed on a conveyor belt to be addressed via inkjet, for example. Due to our continuously flat sealing plate, different blister formats can be sealed. The format can be changed in just a few steps and without tools. Of course, we will provide you with the format inserts suitable for your product. On request, we can also supply you with the matching blister boxes and sealing foils.

The TEC 06 form fill and seal machine uses standard polyethylene, biodegradable oxo sleeves or biodegradable sleeves (starch-based). The TEC 06 is particularly suitable for the production of display bags. The sealing head simultaneously performs the top seal of the pouch and the bottom seal of the next pouch, a cut is made between the two welds, and at the same time a pre-cut is made across one thickness of the sleeve to form a "kangaroo pocket" that allows the pouch to be filled. As this pocket is firmly connected to the spool, slippage is not possible, so that the weld seams subsequently run perfectly parallel. Due to the functionality and quality of its equipment, the TEC 06 is a very reliable machine that consumes few wearing parts.
