The unit is designed for determining dielectric loss tangent and permittivity of transformer oils and other dielectric fluids according to the IEC 60247. It is a fully automatic device that allows testing according to the procedures defined in these standards, as well as according to the user procedures specified in the appropriate section of the setup menu. Operating principle Measuring the difference in amplitudes and phases of signals obtained when a test sinusoidal voltage with an effective value of up to 2 kV is applied simultaneously to the reference capacitor and the object of measurement, which is the measuring cell of the unit. The difference between the amplitudes of the signals taken from the reference capacitor and the internal electrode of the measuring cell is proportional to the dielectric constant of the liquid under study.

Digital Torque Gauge with pull-out LC Display High precision handheld digital gauge with integrated LC display to measure small torque. Ideal for torque measurement like rotating torque, click torque of precision machinery, electronic devices, and various assembly components. The digital display simply slides out of the housing and is attached with a curly cord. Use the optional testing stand to secure the gauge while testing or add fixture to secure your test piece. Combined with Measurement Stand (#808), it can be fixed to use as torque screwdriver checker, et al. ATGE-G series devices are manufactured for the global market and offer a selection of SI, metric and American units of measurement. Equipped with SI calibration as standard, optionally available with calibration in anglo-saxon (ozf·in) or in metric (gf·cm) units.

A prerequisite for the adhesion of an adhesive or coating to a surface is wetting. For wetting to take place, the surface energy of the substrate must be greater than that of the coating. In particular, very many plastics have a very small surface energy and are correspondingly difficult to bond. Often the aim of a plasma treatment is to make a surface wettable and bondable. The wettability can easily be tested with test inks. Diener electronic supplies a test ink set with 8 liquids with surface tensions between 30 and 73 (105) mN/m suitable for most practical applications. There is also a set of 23 test inks, with additional gradations between 30 and 73 (105) mN/m.
