Turning details

With modern turning CNC machine we can offer quality production of big variety of details. All the sockets on the turret have milling functions: оne machine has two spindles and the other has a fourth Y axis. Тhe maximum diameter at work with bar-appearing deviceis ф60 mm. The maximum diameter of the work detail is 380 mm. The maximum length of the work detail – 700 mm.We also have CNC turning machines equipped with devices for the filing of rods with length 3000 mm hydro bar and maximum diameter ф42 mm. We also have a universal turning machines for producing of details with bigger capacity and smaller series.

The company have Milling machine with vertical center with 3 and 5 axis with CNC controls. Maximum size of details which we can work is 1200x600x600 mm and maximum weight – 1200 kg. We produce details from all types of steels, crude iron and non-ferrous metals. We possess with instrumental equipment for producing and repairing of devices and instruments, needed for different production of the company. We offer MIG-MAG and WIG welding with maximum power of electricity 400 A. Our welding machines are KEMPPI and MILLER. We make welding of steel details, tube constructions with length till 6 meters and weight till 3 tones. We also offer spot welding and robotic welding (Fanuc) at details with length till 3 meters and width till 1.5 meters, by one or by two sides. We weld ferrous metals, stainless steel and aluminum. After welding we make cleaning of welding and painting (powder and wet).

The modern equipment with CNC machines, which we possess allow us to work sheet iron with thickness till 18 mm and dimensions 1500x3000 mm. These products are with high quality, precise manufacturing and excellent external look. Thank to different machines and equipment (lazer cutting, stamp press, punching, shears, eccentric and hydraulic presses, machine shafts, bending machine for metal sheets straightening , spot welding, robotic MIG-MAG welding, WIG welding, powder coating.
