Machines for assembly and testing In order to comply with current quality asssurance standards, all production steps should be guided and controlled within defined tolerance levels and these values must be effctively documented. The ULBRICH Q-Control press system caters for the guidance and control of the press run with analysis of the force/distance curve and pre-set values.

Outside – "tool" – rotary table The C-frame press with outside-rotary-table is a tool-change-system in the actual sense. According to the table size as well a the tool-size there could be up to 16 tools installed. Once installed you save expensive change-times with small-series including the full qualitiy control and assurance standards of ULBRICH Q-Control

Inside rotary table At the C-frame press with inner-rotary-table turns the table with the workpiece. Each individual stations can be as a magazine or as an additional workstation. With the inner-rotary-table large series can be quick and simply assembled with full qualitiy control and assurance standards of ULBRICH Q-Control

Our column-presses are designed per customer-specification. All movement-patterns are documented and can as also be represented graphically and numerically.

Ulbrich spring test machines are developed specifically for the railroad-industry. They are in the use in workshops as well as at spring manufacturers. Beside the classic coil spring, leaf springs, parabolic-feathers and also rubber springs be tested a the same machine. According to implementation, the axial stiff-ness as well as the transversal (horizontal) stiff-ness and its direction can be measured.ir direction. An individual test-programs can be in simply way produced with our software.

With the ULBRICH shock absorber test machine shock absorber can be tested according theisr individual mouting position. Force and positional monitoring test machine for determination of the spring characteristic on air springs including leakage test.

The lifting equipment consists of two mobile boogies. Integrated within the superstructure is a hydraulic power pack which drives the two hydraulic cylinders. The cylinders are situated in the highly robust and laterally adjustable lifting blocks. The lifting blocks and the jack contact surfaces (lifting points) can be repositioned along the cross-beam via a spindle. This allows the flexibility to lift and control a number of different types of Locomotive and carriage. Once the carriage has been lifted, the lifting blocks can be locked out using safety bolts which ensure that the height selected is safely maintained. The position of the safety bolts themselves can also be controlled by sensors. An optional function to weigh and calculate the centre of gravity is available upon request. Mobile Puller with 100 to press force with integrated acetylene-compressed air ring burner or high pressure hydraulic power pack. The solution with integrated acetylene-compressed air ring-burner is specially developped for wheel-disk without oil-pressure-drilling. While the solution with the high pressure-hydraulic power pack is put into action on wheel-disks with oil-pressure-drilling. It is also possible to have a puller with both solution combined.

This Test maschine was developed specifically for the commitment in maintenance shops of streetcars, suburban trains and subway. This system is able to test shock absorbers in every mounting-situationand also coils springs up to a force of 50kN. Already with a few movements the shock absorber test machine turns into a spring test machine.
