Universal stripper-crimper UNIC-LS

Technical information The UNIC-L is an electropneumatic driven stripper-crimper. It allows quick and reliable processing of loose insulated Z+F ferrules for cross-sections from 0.5mm2 up to 2.5 mm2 (AWG 20 – 14) with a crimping length of 8 mm. Insulated Z+F ferrules for tri-rated wires (special size “S“) can also be processed.

Technical information The universal UNIC-LZ is an electropneumatic stripper-crimper for quick and reliable processing of loose Z+F twin ferrules in the range of 2 x 0.5mm2 to 2 x 1.5 mm2 (AWG 2 x 20 – 2 x 16) with a crimping length of 8 mm.

Technical information The UNIC-GV is an electropneumatic benchtop stripper-crimper, which allows the processing of five ferrules on reel with different cross sections. Ferrules on reel in the range from 0.5mm2 to 2.5 mm² (AWG 20 – 14) with crimping lengths of 8 mm or 10 mm can be processed with no down time. The user simply chooses the cross-section on a touch display. Ferrules on reel for multi standard conductors can also be processed.

Technical information The UNIC-G is an electropneumatic stripper-crimper. This machine allows a quick and reliable processing of Z+F ferrules on reel in the range of 0.5mm2 up to 2.5 mm2 (AWG 20 – 14) without changing the tools. UNIC-G and UNIC-GS are now available with a fivefold infeed, which allows an even more efficient wire processing. Multi standard ferrules on reel can be used universally.
