V-belt

Bando V Belts are designed to handle heavy industrial applications and are constructed using high quality materials including rubber, polyurethane and other synthetic materials to ensure optimum performance, durability and reliability. Bando V Belt and pulley mechanisms are machine elements used to transfer power from one shaft to another shaft. They are flexible elastic machine elements called belts, which are wound on pulleys connected to two shafts.

V-belt for FERRUM wheel loaders . It is not a timing belt, the ribs serve to increase the adhesion area, increase the cooling area and extend the service life, so that the V-belt "bends around the curve" better, so to speak. This V-belt drives the alternator and fan wheel.

In all cases, the mechanical fastening systems ERO Joint® are linked to a traction cord embedded in the belt in order to provide the required mechanical resistance. (ERO Joint® is also available in belts without traction cord). In such cases, a traction element is added to assure the mechanical resistance of the mechanical hinge joint. Anyway using ERO Joint® V-belts ensure you a complete freedom and a high-flexibility: no specific tool, no splicing and welding procedure to respect, no deburring, no risk to miss the welding. ERO Joint® trapezoidal belts are easy to assemble.

Telescopic actuator with a synchronized toothed belt system for effective linear movement and minimal overall dimensions. Horizontally mounted, it is mainly used to feed presses installed in series. It extends in both directions, feeding a press in one direction, closing, then feeding another in the other direction. The closed actuator does not occupy space in the two presses, making it possible to feed both with a single system.
