The heated drying medium absorbs the moisture from your workpieces. In addition to drying your workpieces, the relative movement between them and the medium also has a polishing effect. PROTECTING YOUR SENSITIVE PARTS The bowl channel pitch is helically shaped and has no ramp, making the G dryer especially gentle when handling your workpieces. The high heating power is fully adjustable. The heater with replaceable heating elements is assembled separately from the vibrating section. To ensure your working environment is protected from dust, the dryer can also be fitted with a dust extractor.

In just one rinsing process, all parts, from teaspoons to soup ladles, are ready for the next course - with low staff input and great efficiency. 1,250 TO 5,000 CUTLERY ITEMS PER HOUR This is how fast our systems clean your cutlery. The BRA 900 cleans 1,250 cutlery pieces per hour, the BRA 2500 up to 5,000. They are therefore suitable for enormously large quantities of dirty cutlery, and the pieces even come out of the machine dried without stains and can be used again directly. EFFICIENT CLEANING – INTUITIVE, ROBUST AND SEMI-AUTOMATIC IF REQUIREDWith a basket centrifuge from the ZM range, you get a robust and easy-to-operate unit for cleaning up to 1,000 litres of process water per hour. Separate up to 14 litres of sludge in a single cycle! The sludge basket is removed and emptied manually. A PLC is available for semi-automatic operation. CENTRIFUGES IN TWO CONFIGURATIONS The ZM basket centrifuge is available in two configurations to meet your requirements. The ZM 03-ECO 1 is perfectly suited for use on a single mass finishing machine in standard applications and island solutions. For two to three mass finishing machines, the ZM 03-FL is the ideal choice. You can of course retrofit application-specific options like a pump station and recooling unit. Continuous blasting – Excellent, highly automated processing The selected blasting medium is directed towards your workpieces at high speed using blast wheels. This ensures high blasting performance and optimum use of energy. Using this technology in a continuous process offers several advantages over batch processing: — Continuous workpiece feeding — Easy to integrate into production processes — Simplified parts flow That is why our continuous belt blasting units are frequently used to replace conventional batch systems. With their easy workpiece handling and excellent blasting results, they are even used as replacements for suspended-line systems.

The specialist among the all-rounders The CM series is best for processing large, heavy and sensitive workpieces. They are available in seven configurations with bowl volumes ranging from 115 to 1,000 litres. You can also choose from a wide range of accessories – such as for sound deadening or metering – to ensure that the CM circular vibrator fits your requirements precisely. Processing sensitive workpieces To ensure that your sensitive workpieces are processed gently, we have purposely not fitted the CM series with a screening unit. Depending on your individual processing goal, you can choose a moving separating plate and pneumatic bowl outlet. These both help keep sensitive components apart so they do not damage each other. ROBUST, COST EFFECTIVE AND VERSATILEWith a trough vibrator from our TFM range, you get a mass finishing machine that can trowalize large and sensitive parts as required. Alongside an excellent processing result, this machine stands out above all thanks to its great-value purchasing costs. The bowl can also be supplied with a rubber lining. WITH U OR PEAR-SHAPED WORK BOWL TFM vibrators are supplied as standard with U-shaped work bowls with straight walls, which can also be ordered with integrated wedge profile for better mass circulation. Pear-shaped work bowls with double-retracted walls are also available for even greater robustness. VIBRATION VIA CONVENTIONAL IMBALANCE MOTORS Powerful conventional imbalance motors generate the imbalance in the trough vibrators. Your TFM vibrator will have one or two imbalance exciters depending on its size.

EXTREMELY GENTLE PROCESSINGRotating barrels offer a cost-effective and technically ideal solution, particularly when processing small parts in medium batches. This helps you get fine surfaces with neatly rounded workpiece edges, thanks also to the relatively long processing times. Trowal rotating barrels are also excellent for fine finishing and polishing. SOPHISTICATED TECHNOLOGY The barrel body is an octagonal, welded, biconal structure. It generates a triple sliding action in the mass of abrasive media with the workpieces to be processed. The lining consists of tear-proof rubber or PU, with the tight-sealing safety cover made of polyurethane. BARREL BODY WITH LIFTING AND LOWERING DEVICE The automatic lifting and lowering device lets you quickly feed and empty the barrel body. This is a major advantage, especially when processing times are short and when you are operating multiple rotating barrels.

Mass coating of small parts using the hot drum process Coating with the Rotamat is the economical solution for the surface finishing of mass-produced small parts made of elastomers, metal or wood - for example, O-rings, handles, springs or screws. Even geometrically complicated or particularly sensitive parts leave the machine perfectly coated and dry. The coating process is fully automatic, so that the time-consuming insertion or suspension of the parts on racks - which is necessary with conventional automatic coating machines - is no longer necessary. The Rotamat is suitable for a wide variety of coating agents. Typical applications are: — Decorative coating — Bonded coating — Adhesive coating — Anti-corrosion coating — Insulation coating

CONTACTLESS DRYING BY MEANS OF HOT AIRThe BF-HL belt dryer allows you to dry your workpieces using hot air. This procedure is particularly beneficial when your workpieces have the following characteristics: Sensitive parts that must not come into contact with each other Parts with tight boreholes Long and bulky parts EFFICIENT DRYING IN THE TUNNEL Your workpieces are transported through a heated drying tunnel on a fine wire mesh belt, which is also available in premium V4A stainless steel. The temperature and speed of the conveyor belt are both fully adjustable. Special equipment includes a high-pressure air knife, which blows the residual water out of the workpieces prior to drying, as well as an extension of the conveyor belt to make placing and removing the workpieces easier.

POWERFUL AND EFFICIENTThanks to their "Multivib" drive, the TMV range of trough vibrators ensures intensive workpiece processing throughout the entire bowl length. The extremely powerful drive also makes the machines suitable for ball polishing and pressure deburring. VARIOUS BOWL SIZES The modular series of the TMV range allows you to select the right bowl size for your requirements. This helps you save both costs and energy when processing your workpieces. That is why the TMV trough vibrators are fitted with a sound deadening lid, with complete sound deadening housings also available. Larger systems also feature walk-in sound deadening cabins.
