WASHING MACHINE FOR ENGINE BLOCK – FRONT LOADER

The machine is designed for cleaning and degreasing of cylindrical and heavy parts with total length up to 4500 mm and diameter up to 150 mm. Each part is placed on a trolley and loaded inside the chamber of the machine. The cleaning process is carried out by seven nozzle collectors – six rotating and one moving up/down. The machine provides a combination of fully automated and manual cleaning. The dosing of the detergent is manual. The washer is equipped with a filter that catches particles with dimensions larger than 250 μm. There is mounted a fan for exhausting of the vapour and lighting inside the washing chamber. The machine body is made entirely out of stainless steel, material EN 1.4301 / AISI 304. The equipment complies with the high CE- Requirements and EU – and USDA regulations.

The machine is designed for quick, easy and effective cleaning of KLT crates and forms in the automotive industry. The device consists of the main washing zone followed by a rinsing zone and one blowing-off unit. The water from the washing and rinsing tanks are continuously filtered via two oil skimmers – one for each tank. Refreshing the water in the main tank with hot rinse water reduces the water and energy consumption. The filling of detergent in the washing tank is automatic via a dosing pump. Both main and rinsing tanks are equipped with filters for capturing the metal particles with size up to 100 μm. The machine is equipped with two 2.2 kW fans for vapour exhausting. The collected vapour from the fans passes through two condensers where it has been liquefied and returned into the main tank. There are four fans x 3 kW for removing residual rinsing water from the crates. The crates transportation speed is adjusted via a frequency controller.

The machine is designed for cleaning, degreasing, chemical treatment of the outer layer and blowing of small components. The parts are arranged in trays with dimensions 600x400x70-150 mm. Two washing zones – pre-washing zone and zone for main washing. After each washing zone there is zone for blowing. The pre-washing zone has an external band filter, which is with the possibility of processing a high volume of washing solution and captures particles of a size greater than 350 μm. The band filter cleaning the washing solution of oil and hard dirt. The mainly washing zone has a column bag filter, which captures particles of a size greater than 50 μm. Both filters have monitoring systems for the degree of soiling and in case of clogging the machine stops. Automatic dosing of the cleaning agent.
