The Wi-care™ system is the latest wireless condition monitoring system from I-Care. It has been designed to detect, measure and analyze the root causes of excessive levels of vibration and temperature. The Wi-care system is a cost-effective tool used to report any vibration or temperature deviation in a short time. The I-CARE team of engineers using the data from Wi-care is able to give you a condition monitoring remote diagnosis at any time 24 hours a day/7 days a week. The condition based maintenance partnership has been created to give you the chance to correct a potential problem before it occurs. The analysis of vibration data is based on a human spectrum analysis, all our diagnostics are made by ISO certified (level 1 or 2) engineers. Nevertheless, the use of alarm and alert levels in the system is interesting in order to alert people’s attention. Exceeding an alarm level automatically induces the collection of the vibration spectrum and the recording of temperature data.

LPHC are , an acrylic-aluminium made humidification chambers designed to work with our Mini One microclimate generator. LPHC is offered in two standard sizes and also can be built as a special order in different sizes by client request. The body is made of black acrylic with aluminium and front doors from clear acrylic. RH levels are controlled through the Mini One microclimate generator. UNDER CONSTRUCTION CUSTOM STAINLESS STEEL CHAMBERS We are also offering special order microclimate chambers build to client specifications. Those units are constructed from stainless steel and depend on client expectations. All aspects of microclimate can be controlled: relative humidity, temperature and low level of oxygen can be attained. Chambers with controlled relative humidity and temperature can be built with glass doors (as in photo). Units with modified oxygen have solid, special sealed doors. Low level oxygen is generated using nitrogen generator or liquid nitrogen.
