In addition to lime products, the "Chalchi" also manufactures gravel and crushed stone – a welcome resource for structural and civil engineering alike. Approximately half of Glarnerland's total gravel demand is met by the Netstal AG lime plant.

Les Calcaires de la Sambre have been working a limestone seam for over 100 years. The quarry produces many products from large rock rubble for riverbank protection to the finest fillers for mineral loadings and aggregates for construction work. The main characteristics of our stones are a light grey colour for building stone and an almost white limestone used for industrial purposes. We make various qualities of limestone with high calcium carbonate content and very low iron oxide content.
