Complex of enterprises GIR is one of the leaders of the refractory industry of Ukraine. We produce the wide range of the refractory materials for all the industry sectors, where high temperatures are applied. Being the owners, GIR manages 4 large refractory plants in Ukraine. Velikoanadolsky Refractory Integrated Plant provides a complete technological cycle of production, from raw material extraction and ending with the production of finished products and specializes in the production of aluminosilicate refractory products of wide range. KDZ Silica Plant produces refractory silica and zircon products and mixtures. Druzhkovka Refractory Plant specializes in refractory mixtures (concrete, buffer, rammed, taphole and plastic masses) and refractories of various chemical composition (periclase, periclase-carbonaceous, chrome-periclase, periclase-chromite, mullite, mullite-corundum, etc.). Krasnogorovka Refractory Plant is the only enterprise in Ukraine, which produces products from fused quartz glass (fused silica) and also specializes in production of corundum-graphite products. GIR has own raw materials base such like the Vladimirovka Field of Secondary Kaolin. That gives the possibility to completely satisfy the needs of own refractory production for aluminum silicate and silica raw materials and to supply these materials to external customers. All the sales of the refractory products of the GIR group are performed only through trade representation company GIR International.
