As a family-managed business, we have been offering chemical-technical consultancy and the trade of thermoset materials, silicone elastomers and chemical specialties for plastic-processing companies, as well as products for the casting industry, since 1949. As a producer of binding agents based on furan/phenolic and alkyd resin as well as the corresponding hardeners for cast steel, we have been supplying the casting industry ever since our company was founded. As an exclusive representative of well-known producers in the composite industry, we deal in a wide range of chemical specialties for use in the most varied areas of application – including: • Epoxy and polyester resin systems • Epoxy prepregs • Liquid silicone rubber • Adhesives • Halogen-free flame retardants • Graphene • Reinforcement materials (glass rovings, mats, fabrics). • We also offer room-temperature-curing and liquid silicones for use in sealants and moulding compounds, and for applications in medical technology, health care and the electrical industry (liquid silicone rubber). Collaboration with our partner companies in particular allows us to be in dialogue with important and innovative plastic-processing companies, and to work together on new developments and projects. We supply both the basic raw materials and special additives, which we optimise together with our suppliers and customers so that they're customised depending on the application.

The company APC Advanced Polymer Compounds specialises in the area of consultancy and the selection of plastic formulations ideally suited to your application. In close cooperation with you, we develop customer-specific thermoplastic material solutions which can subsequently also be manufactured in-house on our co-rotating twin-screw extruder. APC was founded in 2002 as a spin-off of the Department of Chemistry of Polymeric Materials at the University of Leoben. There is still close contact with the University of Leoben and other research institutes, like the Graz University of Technology, the Polymer Competence Center Leoben or the Johannes Kepler University Linz. Therefore, APC always has access to the latest technologies and is able to transform your innovations into ready-to-market products. APC is a particular expert in the field of the reactive modification (impact modification, fibre reinforcement) of technical thermoplastics like polyamides and polyester – the development and production of which is a core competence of the company.

Polleres Plastic has around 20 employees and is one of Austria's most modern manufacturers of thermoformed plastic parts in the food and non-food sectors. The company was founded in 1970 by chance, and symbolises the pioneering spirit, flexibility and courage of the Polleres Group. Councillor of Commerce Johann Polleres bought a production hall for the painting business. When it turned out that it could not be adapted, the company founder utilised the existing machinery and breathed new life into the old business. Since then, our company has enjoyed huge success in its thermoformed plastic part production and manual work in the construction industry. We supply food packaging and products for the horticultural sector, the automotive industry and its suppliers, the electrical industry, the toy industry, the cosmetics industry and the multimedia and entertainment industry, including folding blisters for CDs and DVDs.
