Pyramids has over 60 engineers, and over 230 staffs. We pride ourselves on doing thorough DFMs and helping solve problems BEFORE we go into production. We are just finishing a 100, 000 sq. foot assembly and office building in New Taipei. We will have class 100, 000 clean rooms for assembly, ( as well as regular clean assembly area). Additionally we will have a class 10, 000 area for assembly and very specialized molding. ( we do a number of programs requiring 10 micron absolute filtration). --We are just starting up a state of the art Powder coating facility. As we do so many high gloss white ( medical) programs, we have had to go to all German equipment/ fully automated for cleaning, and painting. Our booths will have up to 98% powder recovery.
