It provides more nutrients than the royal jelly and imported from China most of the time. Our fresh pollen Collected by bees from flowers, pollen is a real fortifying and revitalizing cocktail of proteins, vitamins, fibres, amino acids and antioxidants. It helps to fight against fatigue, strengthens the defences, promotes good intestinal transit, participates in the maintenance of the skin, hair and vision in particular. It also has an interesting aromatic complexity for cooking. Our fresh pollen is sorted on the day of harvest, and immediately put in the freezer to preserve all its qualities, in particular lactic ferments useful for the intestinal flora and enzymes. Our Honeys Our poly-floral honeys reflect our natural environment, rich in flowers. Excellent antibacterial, it treats conditions in the ENT sphere and skin infections; product of choice for diabetics with its low glycemic index, we uncap the honey cold and extract it on the day of harvest.
