Our unique operating principle is based on the concept of low pressure and high temperatures up to 95°C. These are ideal for removing all types of fatty, greasy and oily contaminants. The low pressure of 7.5 to 14 bar is sufficient to remove dirt without damaging delicate parts. For our thermal sterilisation, your cooling lubricant is sterilised in bypass mode – all without chemicals. Our technology has proven itself in the transport and metal processing industries. Further applications can be found in industries such as food production, chemical and bio-tech industries. At the same time, our method is health-friendly and sustainable - by recycling the cleaning medium (water, cooling lubricant), by dispensing with chemicals, by avoiding biocides and by increasing occupational safety.
