We have decided not to use any additives, even fragrances are only used very discreetly in order to ensure the best possible skin compatibility. Our soaps are made gently at low temperatures. In contrast to curd soaps, the glycerin produced during the reaction is not removed but stirred in. Glycerin is a by-product of the saponification reaction of sodium hydroxide with the corresponding oils. It ensures a gentler feeling when washing hands and sufficient care. We store our natural soaps for about 5-6 weeks after production. The soap needs this time to mature and harden. This time is important because otherwise the natural soap would be too soft and would be used up quickly. Our soaps are free of plastic and mineral oils and are lovingly packed in recycled material. Shipping is done with biodegradable packaging material. We pay a lot of attention to reusable materials and tools during production. Plastic recycling, analytics & technology consulting ATP’s developments for processing complex production waste determine the state-of-the-art technology for the ecological plastic recycling since more than 25 years. With developing the dry-mechanical processing and the selective density separation ATP has an unique know-how determining the state-of-the-art technology for recovering plastics of high purity. As technology-oriented partner ATP offers extensive services for analytics, process development and plastic recycling of production waste of the plastics processing industry (multicomponent parts) as well as of mixtures in silo, mixture damages in grinding operations and post-consumer waste. With around 20 employees at the production site near Berlin ATP operates a wet and dry mechanical treatment and recycling plant with a annual capacity of 6, 500 tons. The plastic mixtures are mainly processed and recycled in commission. ATP also buys plastic waste in in large batches. ATP is able to process a variety of plastic compounds (i.e. with a multilayer sandwich structure) to recyclates of high purity.
