We have been processing plastic films and sheets for more than 45 years. One of our areas of focus is the production of packaging, which we manufacture in the broadest sense through forming processes via the deep-drawing method. We process material thicknesses of 0.2–12 mm on high-performance automatic rolling and sheet preparation machines. The maximum forming area is currently 1500 x 2400 mm. The vacuum forming technology is supplemented by post-processing techniques, such as pressing, milling, bending, gluing, welding, sealing, joining through to contract packaging. From the first design to CAD design, prototyping, moulding and through to the final packaged product, we also implement our customers' unusual requests. The trading company supplements this range of services with its own range of plastic injection moulding packaging and plastic pouches. V. with the aim of replacing conventional petroleum based plastics with plant-based bioplastics. These biomaterial granulates are called ARBOFORM®, ARBOFILL® and ARBOBLEND®. These environmentally-friendly biomaterials are processed in the same way as conventional petroleum-based plastics by means of injection moulding, extrusion, pressing, deep drawing, calendering, spinning or blow moulding to make moulded parts, panels, films, bottles, profiles, coatings or filaments.
