Ricos offers a wide range of solutions for tube components, including many tubes processing (automated cutting, tube bending, 3D laser cutting) and mechanical processing with tools (shearing, drilling, deep drawing, shaping, and many others). Other solutions available are tapering until a diameter of a maximum of 80 cm, swaging, TIG and MIG automatic welding or braze welding. Finally, a new tube hydroforming machine has been introduced recently. At the end of the production process, chrome plating, varnishing on stainless steel, passivation and other surface treatments help improve the quality of the whole production. After manufacturing and before storing or sending, each item is checked, cleaned, protected, and packed.
