After 16 years farming in the Champagne area, we became pasta producers in 2015 under our Les Nominettes brand. Our pasta are made from sustainable soft wheat and durum wheat farmed on-site. Les Nominettes brand is a 100% local product promoting the excellence of simplicity. Our production workshop sits at the foot of the “Montagne de Reims”. To maintain the quality of our pasta, we use Aurèle spring water drawn from deep underground in Jandun in the Ardennes. The different kinds of pasta are made with love, and we attach great importance to local know-how. We primarily sell Les Nominettes in producer stores, delicatessens and restaurants, where numerous award-winning chefs use them in a number of creative manners. Our products are available in different varieties: La Nature, La Gourmande, a clever blend of soft and durum wheat. La Semi-Complète and La Complète, La Blé-Sarrasin, La Champenoise, Les Pennes Blé Ancien, tagliatelle, spaghetti and our organic pasta made from spelt flour. For children, we propose fantasy pasta with fun shapes such as rabbits, tractors or dinosaurs. In 1925, mysterious bottles of alcohol were discovered built into the walls of our Bollowal Farm cottage. Legend has it that to avoid high government taxes, rum and other goods were often smuggled into Cape Cornwall by boat and stored in a farm building known as “the Wink”. “Dor August” S.R.L. produces and sells prunes - we have been processing Stenley and Anna-Shpett aprons since 2007. Our company is headquartered in Rezina, Moldova. The company S.R.L. "Dor-August" was founded in 2007. However, our history begins much earlier: until its official founding, we carried out our activity as a Peasant Farm. Today, after many years of working out of love for people, we are recognized with the trademark ADOVA - Love from Moldova. One of our first important achievements was marked in 2001, when we built the first two plum dehydration ovens. Soon another remarkable event followed in the company’s development - we planted the first orchard of about 15 ha. In the present, we own 13 dehydration ovens and 70 ha of plum orchards with two types of varieties: Stanley and Anna-Shpett. This spring, ADOVA is going to increase its capacity to 20 plum dehydration ovens. Our plans are beautiful and we are always with a new development perspective - in the near future we plan to increase the production capacity of up to 4000 tons of freshly processed production. Thus, we will diversify the assortment and we will also go into retail. The story of ADOVA has the main heroes the members of our family, a family with traditions and workers, parents, wife, children and godchildren. We were the ones who believed in our dream, but also the ones who were involved over time in all production processes.

Besides the fish-farm, RIZ Krajina specializes on the whole pallet of fish-breeding. Farm and spawning stations were both established in 2000. In the beginning, only the Californian trout was bred, but over the years, we expanded our range to the more demanding brown trout and grayling. After an initial amount of 70 tons, we have now reached 550 tons with the number growing.With temperatures ranging from 7.5 to 10ºC, the water is suitable for brown trout (Salmo trutta morpha fario) and grayling (Thymallus Thymallus). This fact and the cleanliness of the spring water as well as an effective leadership in terms of development strategy guarantee a highly qualitative and healthy product that is recognized and sought out in Bosnia-Herzegovina and abroad. Our family farmstead was founded in 1990, and deals with field growing of vegetables and plants. At the moment the farmstead cultivates 100 acres growing different crops: autumn and spring garlic, parsley, tobacco, seasoning paprika, wheat, rape, barley, and oat.
