Zalewa Tec primarily produces sand castings and sand cores for foundries using 3D printing. A binder jetting process is used, which means that no support structures are required. We derive the necessary printing data from your technical drawings or CAD data. Needless to say, we can also print data sets you have created yourself and create a digital version of your original component. In addition, we can also reproduce spare parts made from steel, iron, aluminium, magnesium, copper, zinc, tin, nickel and cobalt alloys, as well as manufacturing your pre-series and managing your projects until they are ready for series production. Moreover, we can print foundry and thermoforming models made of sand and continue processing them such that small series can be produced. In the laboratory, for all productions, chemical analysis, mechanical yield - tensile - elongation tests, and when required hardness tests, UT, MT and MPI tests are provided.
