In twenty years of operation we have gained the trust of numerous business partners by having large supplies, short delivery times, and high quality products. We offer a one-stop point for addressing customer’s needs: from the design, development, material selection, production, and finish (e.g., powder coating, flocking, galvanizing, polishing). We offer manufacturing of sheet metal, metals and metal components – from idea to final product. We are specialized in CNC punching, stamping and perforation; CNC bending, welding of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, in sheets, tubes, or other forms of metal elements; grinding, drilling, and various other finishing activities. At the customer's request, the product can also be powder-coated, flocked or polished using our own facilities for dry-powder coating and flocking paint shop. Our firm was founded in 1990; with work experience exceeding 30 years, mainly in the manufacturing of metal products such as electronics and heater housings, metal frame doors, furniture (wardrobe frames, beds, table bases, benches), lamp housings, and much more, we are a resourceful and reliable partner in a region. Our partners come from Austria, Germany, Denmark, Italy, France and Slovenia. We are committed to high-quality standards, confirmed also by the certification of ISO 9001: 2015 standard in our firm. Employing a relatively small team of about 20 people allows us to exploit professionalism and efficiency at our work.

Ravne looks back at 400 years of tradition in steelmaking and casting. Throughout its development, shifts have been seen from a simple geometry of castings made of unalloyed steels into more demanding and complex product constructions using low & high-alloyed cast steel. Croning livarna d.o.o. has 40-years long tradition in production of carbon and alloyed cast steel, wear-resistant cast steel on the basis of Cr and Mn, stainless and corrosion-resistant cast steel, heat-proof steel castings, duplex and superduplex steel castings and special nickel alloys. With two different methods, foundry is able to produce castings with 0, 1-60 kg according to Croning method, and castings with weight 10-1300 kg according to the Veloset method (self-hardening sand moulds). Capacity of foundry is 120 t monthly.
