Our dedicated carbon fibre composite department has two dedicated temperature controlled clean rooms with fully equipped workstations, a conveyorised kit cutting machine with the latest nesting software and digital scanner, a large walk-in freezer, a fully extracted finishing department with a dedicated bonding room, 2m x 3m italmatic autoclave with the latest software, 2.5W x 2H x 2.1D curing oven for out of clave systems and post curing capabilities complimented with full inspection facilities. WMR Mira Calvo & Co. began their business with the repair and overhaul of machine tools. In 2007, the company set itself new goals and has since focussed on repairing and overhauling grinding machines. Our services range from straightforward repair or partial overhaul to the complete overhaul of conventional and CNC cylindrical or surface grinding machines. We also sell a range of grinding machines that have been entirely or partially overhauled by us. In 2015, WMR Mira took over the BRAND surface grinders manufacturing plant from Fritz Studer in Thun, Switzerland. In 2018, WMR Mira AG took over Fritz Studer AG's "OLD MACHINES" spare parts and service in Thun. The following work is carried out during a complete overhaul: Repair, repair service on site, technical support, retrofitting of electrical controls, complete overhaul and bespoke software. All completely overhauled machines are delivered with a warranty and having undergone geometric inspection.

Dr. Zinngrebe GmbH can look back on many years of experience in the field of process monitoring and offers extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering. In 1989, the company (the known as Ingenieurbüro Zinngrebe) started production of the first system for adaptive process control and dressing monitoring. Nowadays, the fully developed PCT module is on the market as a small mounting rail system with the PCT monitor, acting as a Windows operating programme. Using various strategies, this device evaluates measurement signals coming from a max. of eight external sensors or directly from the machine via PROFIBUS or PROFINET. Our monitoring strategies are often used in the areas of grinding and dressing but can also be applied to other machining processes, such as turning, milling, drilling and honing. The hardware and software are developed and produced in Germany.
