    Welcome to Sanygran. We are pioneers in the process of Legumeat, a new food concept on the use of legumes. At Sanygran, we expand the possibilities of an easy, healthy and affordable cuisine Legumeat was created as a healthy, bouncing and “easy to cook” product. It is made by legumes flour in order to produce Beef-bean, Bocados and Legumbreta line. We add rice flour to Lengüitas (Nuggets) and Milandessa. Our product is 100% natural without additives. We don’t use Genetically Engineered Ingredients. Our goal is to present a product that is pleasant, easy, healthy and affordable. The process is very simple. We use legumes flours that are dehydrated in few seconds by a technique known as extrusion This technique has been used widely by the food industry for decades. Food such as pasta or snacks are made by this technique, and in our case, we can consider it as an ongoing cooking process. The result of this ambitious and innovative Project is a new product that we name Legumeat®, meal with meat texture, suitable for any one and with an average content in protein around 50%. The product is presented dehydrated and the way to be prepared is by boiling it in water with the flavour we want to add. Finally, the product will be ready to be used in any recipe. It is suitable for celiac and vegetarians.
