A group of 116 farmers were associated together to create AL_WAFA cooperative company specialized in fresh fruits and vegetables production and commercialisation. In our company, we believe that creating a direct deals between customers and farmers without any mediators will lead us to improve our production quality and increase profits for both sides by providing an incomparable prices range. For this aim, we have created a marketing branch named Sunny Mediterranean Flavours for our products exportation and wholesales and to get in touch with costumers from all over the world to present our tasty and high quality products. Our farms principal products and seasonal availability are presented below: *Vegetables: -Artichoke (Violette): available from December to April .-Fava bean: available from February to May.-Sugar peas: available from November to May.-Butternut squash: available from October to May.-Fennel: available from January to April.-Winter and spring onion (Bunch): available from December to April.*Fruits: -Prickly pears: available from July to October.-Grenade apple: Available from September to November.-Melon (multiple varieties): available from April to September.*Dried food: Dried tomato: Available from June to September.*Essential oil: Organic Prickly pears seeds oil (certified): Available all year.
