Shona Patel the Founder of SP3 London trained as an architect and worked with Chapman Taylor Architects in 2004. In 2006 she then became ‘Head of Design’ for a prestigious property developer in Mayfair where she designed, design managed and project managed a number of projects on behalf of the client. Shona Patel then worked in Dubai for 2 years on a luxury villa in Emirates Hills. She later went on to become one of the initial members of the Prestigious Design House team during their set up in 2009 and rose to the top heading up the Delivery side of the business where she was the Partner in charge. She has successfully delivered a number of projects in Mayfair, Belgravia and Knightsbridge ensuring that the Clients requirements were met.
