Trout is a freshwater fish of the salmon family. The rainbow trout gets its name from the presence of a red stripe on its silver body. It contains a lot of digestible protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins A, D ,E water-souble potassium, selenium, zinc, magnesium, iron and phosphorus. We produce 1.500 tons of trout portions each year for your healt. (It can also be produced at sea by pre-order)

A freshly cut loin from our salmon filet. The equal balance of fat and flesh make the loin an amazing options for most cooking styles. The product can be supplied fresh and frozen.

In our state-of-the-art processing facility, we can process the filet into desired portions. These portions can be supplied fresh, frozen or smoked. Also, we can vacuum the product to improve shelf life.

A whole Atlantic salmon fillet: the preferred product for caterers, restaurant chefs and smokehouses. This product can be supplied fresh, frozen or smoked. Also, we have the capabilities to vacuum the product to improve shelf life. IVP and IQF possible.

Freshly cut from our pristine Atlantic salmon, the fillet can be individually vacuum packed (IVP) to extend shelf life. Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) is also possible. Contact us for more information.
