The circuit of membrane switches can be flex and rigid. It depends on the customer end application and also related to the cost budget and other considerations. For example, life, resistance, connection type on the mainboard, etc. Usually if the membrane switches need assembled many LEDs, then we suggest to use FPC circuit, it can get more stable LED soldering quality. For the normal application the PET circuit is enough, which is more economical. In addition if the conductor pitch is 0.5mm, although we also can print it, but we still suggest to use FPC circuit. Because of that 0.5mm pitch is too small and it is easy to occur the short circuit problem.

Bentoshield MAX LM is manufactured by a needle-punching process, in which the fibres of the lower non-woven geotextile are pushed through the bentonite layer and secured in the retaining upper woven layer. This process links the geotextiles and contains and confines the bentonite. Following the needle-punching process, an LDPE sheet is laminated to the needle-punched geotextile through a hot-melt glue application line. Bentoshield MAX LM is satisfactory for use as a fully-bonded Type A waterproofing protection as defined in BS 8102 : 2009 for the waterproofing of new and existing structures. The product can be used externally on horizontal floor slabs and vertical walls to provide an effective barrier to the transmission of liquid water where Grades 1 to 3 waterproofing protection are required, as defined in Table 2 of BS 8102 : 2009.

Adding flakes to the top coat will give a decorative finish. It has been used extensively in food preparation areas and medical environments as it is easy to clean, resistant to chemical cleaners and resistant to the formation of mould. Rotafix Aquachem can be used as a liquid applied damp proof membrane. The liquid membrane can be applied to prevent moisture ingress both positively and negatively. So if it is applied to the outside of a wall, water will not penetrate, equally if is applied internally then moisture penetrating the substrate will equally not penetrate. The average bond strength of Aquachem is 4N/mm2 , it would require a head of water of 600m to force the Aquachem to break away.
