The TEC 20 form, fill and seal machine enables the production of bags made of polyethylene film from a flat film roll. The film can be neutral or coloured, with continuous printing or centred printing with print mark. The design of the machine and the low loading height allow ergonomic adaptation to a manual feeding station or easy connection to a feeding unit, such as an automatic counter, an automatic weighing system, an automatic assembly machine, an injection moulding machine, a conveyor belt or similar.

Offered with or without a head, Straight Pins are distinguished by their uniformity. The chamfered ends are more consistent than tumbled edges—making installation with automatic assembly equipment more reliable. Straight Pins are retained by compressing the host, not the inflexible solid pin. They are suitable for use in plastics for press-fit applications limited to those cases where the host material can withstand compression in the order of 0.05mm – 0.08mm (.002” – .003”). Straight Pins are often used to replace Ground Dowels in applications that do not require the tight tolerances of a Ground Dowel.

PCHAINS are manufactured according to the international regulation din 8187 and din 8188. They are made by top quality steel whose mechanical features are very high. During the automatized assembly the PCHAINS are put under tension to set the dimension and to avoid strain in the initial pressure. PCHAINS are lubricated in oil , packed in plastic bags and then put in cardboerd boxes. You can find in the list the most used products. We can also supply special chains upon request such as “fragmentated” and “ringclosed”. Our technical service can give yuo further information on the materials and the special treatments we are able to offer to the customer. In 6 different dimensions they are suitable for electrical motors from size 63 (kw. 0.12 – 4 poles) to size 180 (kw.22 – 4 poles). The adjustable Motor Mountings are designed to solve the problem of the belt tension in power transmission.

Production starlim//sterner produces single and two component parts made of silicone using fully automated injection molding processes. Production takes place on our sites in Austria (Marchtrenk and Weisskirchen) and in Canada (London/Ontario). In Austria we run more than 200 injection molding, compound and 2K machines and in Canada more than 35. We deploy ENGEL brand machines with a clamping force range of 40 to 300 metric tons. The machines run in shifts: 365 days/year, 24 h. Micro-injection molding is a separate production unit.
