Materials for eternity - aluminium bronze and phosphor bronze are extremely high-performance materials that can be optimally used under extreme mechanical and chemical stress.

Leaded bronzes provide excellent resistance to corrosion and abrasion.

We offer a range of bronzes especially suitable for applications such as molds for glass or embossing, marine tube accessories or valve and terminal components.

We maintain quality assurance systems, such as iso 9001: 2009, iso 18001-2004 and iso 14001-2005. KIGEMA possesses a laboratory allowing testing the mechanical properties of products like hardness, elongation, and micrometer. KIGEMA also conducts penetration and ultrasonic tests and issues certificates of conformity with EN 10204-2.2, 2.3, 3.1B. Additionally, the company has an air-conditioned measuring room equipped with High-quality measuring equipment, which is regularly calibrated. The measuring equipment includes: calipers, altimeter, depth calipers, inside micrometers, bore gauges, outside micrometer and roughness tester.

Kigema manufactures and regenerates used cast-steel and cast-iron sleeves . The company has a long track-record of manufacturing sleeve bodies made of brass and bronze. Covering surfaces of bushing with white metal is also in scope of our work.
