Interchange specifications are available. Since the slide unit and track rail dimensions are separate, each can be individually added or exchanged. The slide unit is available in a standard type and wide type, the latter suitable for use with a single track rail. Length of Slide Unit Three stainless steel ball retaining types with the same crosssectional dimensions but different slide unit lengths are available short type, standard type and highrigidity long type. They can be selected according to the application. Stainless Steel and High Carbon Steel Types Stainless steel types, with excellent corrosion resistance, are also available. They are ideal for use in cleanroom machines and equipment, such as medical equipment, various disc readers and semiconductor manufacturing devices. The high carbon steel type, with a track rail that can be modified, is used for generalpurpose applications such as conveying and equipment handling.

Novelty Steel fabricates carbon steel and stainless steel tanks; Fixed-roof tanks External floating roof tanks Internal floating roof tanks Horizontal tanks Pressure tanks Variable vapour space tanks Our modern steelwork fabrication shops have computer-aided design and detailing (CAD), which is linked directly to factory floor computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery, creating a genuine seamless CAD/CAM environment. The accuracy of the computer-generated details being transmitted directly to the CNC machinery increases the quality standards of the production. Novelty Steel has adapted EN 1090-2 standards into its manufacturing processes supervised by experienced quality management team.

In our new production space, we have at our disposal 30 state-of-the-art automated punching & bending machines. In addition to bent wire parts, we also produce bent strip parts here. Production to order with complex forming: Bent strip parts are produced from a broad range of materials, including for instance stainless steel, alloyed or carbon steel, brass, copper, bronze, or even K55 or K75, a specially alloyed steel. We produce complex forms and assembly parts with a strip thickness of 0.15 to 3.00 mm and with a strip width of up to 120 mm; the strip thickness will be dependent on the material. Strip materials: Carbon steels, Stainless steels, Cold-rolled strips, Slit strips. Non-ferrous strips: Brass, Copper,Bronze,Special alloys such as K55 or K75. Strip coatings: Tin-plated, Galvanised, Silver-plated, Gold-plated, Painted, Partial coatings, Special coatings on request.

SPIROL's FH300 Headed Helical Knurled Pin has the same body style as the KP300 Helical Knurled Pin, with the addition of a head. A Headed Pin is typically used to provide a positive stop or to retain a thin component to a thicker component within an assembly. FH300 Headed Helical Knurled Pins have a flat head, however they are available to order with a round head (RH300) to meet specific application requirements. Similar to the SPIROL Series KP300 Helical Knurled Pin offering, SPIROL's FH300 Headed Helical Knurled Pins are available in metric diameters ranging from Ø2mm to Ø6mm and inch diameters ranging from Ø.078" (5/64) to Ø.250" (1/4) in low carbon steel and austenitic stainless steel.

SPIROL's KP300 Helical Knurled Pins have helical knurls that span the full length of the pin. The 30° helical knurls cause the pin to rotate during installation into the hole. Helical Knurled Pins offer higher insertion and retention than Straight Knurled Pins. However, KP300 Helical Knurled Pins are not typically recommended when the pin will be subjected to rotational forces as the helical knurl will cause the pin to either "unscrew" itself from the hole or further imbed itself into the hole. KP300 Helical Knurled Pins are available in metric diameters ranging from 2mm to 6mm and in inch diameters ranging from .078" (5/64) to .250" (1/4) in low carbon steel and austenitic stainless steel.

In addition to SPIROL Standard Metric Slotted Spring Pins, SPIROL offers a line of ISO 8752 Slotted Pins to meet market demand for these pins. SPIROL offers Slotted Spring Pins manufactured to the ISO 8752 specification in diameters ranging from 2mm to 12mm in both high carbon steel and austenitic stainless steel in plain finish. ISO 8752 Slotted Pins are not available with supplemental coatings such as zinc plating or passivation due to their propensity to interlock during the finishing process.

SPIROL's KP200 Straight Knurled Pins have straight knurls that span the full length of the pin. Straight Knurled Pins are commonly used in applications where the pin is subjected to rotational forces to transmit torque as well as to resist rotational movement of a mating component. KP200 Straight Knurled Pins are available in metric diameters ranging from 2.5mm to 6mm and in inch diameters ranging from .094" (3/32) to .250" (1/4) in low carbon steel and austenitic stainless steel.

SPIROL's FH400 Headed Barbed Pin has a series of barbs extending down the entire length of the pin. Headed Barbed Pins are a great replacement for self-tapping screws in plastic assemblies as Barbed Pins are installed into standard moulded (or drilled) holes, they install much faster than screws, and they eliminate issues associated with cross-threaded or skewing during installation. Unlike screws that resist back-out (or loosening) by being tightened to a preset torque, Barbed Pins are retained by the plastic backfilling over the aggressively-designed barbs. The head provides a positive stop and is also used to retain a thin component to a thicker component within an assembly. SPIROL's FH400 Headed Barbed Pins are available in metric diameters ranging from Ø2mm to Ø6mm and inch diameters ranging from Ø.078" (5/64) to Ø.250" (1/4) in low carbon steel and austenitic stainless steel.

SPIROL’s heavy duty & fatigue resistant Coiled Spring Pins are available in diameters ranging from 1.5mm (.062") up to 20mm (.750"). Standard materials include high carbon steel, 302/304 nickel (austenitic) stainless steel, and 420 chrome (martensitic) stainless steel. Diameters larger than 12mm (.500") are available in 6150 alloy steel. SPIROL invented the Coiled Spring Pin in 1948. Coiled Pins are available in light duty, standard duty and heavy duty to match the required strength and flexibility for each application. A pin too strong for the applied load will not flex and may damage the hole. A pin that is too flexible may fatigue prematurely within the assembly. The Coiled Pin with the optimal balance of strength, flexibility and diameter will result in the prolonged useful life of the assembly.

Schnelldorfer CORNERWELD seam welding machines have been designed to weld sheet metal plates in a 90° joint. The precision clamping system with inert gas coverage and advanced OEM control package precisely controls the welding sequence and weld parameters, resulting in the perfect weld for your corners. CORNERWELD applications include welded corners for food, medical equipment, HVAC drip pans, electrical enclosures, and laboratory furniture. Complex inward and outward flanges can be accommodated with custom made tooling pieces. A wide range of materials can be welded, including Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Aluminium. Complete welded parts do not require any costly grinding, polishing or blending thus greatly saving on manufacturing costs.

We use plasma to cut sheet metal. We have state-of-the-art equipment that allows us to precisely process materials such as carbon/structural steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel and aluminum, among others. Our machine allows us to cut parts that fall within the dimensions: 6000 x 2000 mm in length, max thickness 40 mm. During the plasma cutting process, melting of the material takes place. It is then ejected from the slot by a highly concentrated plasma arc with high kinetic energy. The plasma method can be used to cut large-size parts. Like laser cutting, it provides high precision. Our company specializes in a wide range of welding services, with an emphasis on high quality welding welds. We use modern technologies that guarantee excellent results. We carry out welding of a variety of materials, including carbon/structural steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Our production facility meets stringent quality standards, such as PN-EN ISO 3834-2:2007 and PN-EN 1090-2:2018-09. We have implemented modern welding technology for group 1.1 and 1.2 carbon steels in accordance with PN-EN ISO 15614-1:2017-08. Our skills include working with steels such as S355J2 and steels with lower yield strengths, especially for material thicknesses above 3 mm for fillet welds (3-23 for butt welds), welded using the MAG-135 method. We provide professional execution of any steel welding service.

One of the areas of ESTIMET's offer is laser cutting, used for precision processing of sheet metal, pipes and profiles. In ESTIMET's machine park we have two fiber lasers of 6 kW and 8 kW. Thanks to these devices, we can precisely cut elements with maximum dimensions of 2000 x 4000 mm. Our laser cutting services comply with the EN 1090 standard, as confirmed by the CE mark. We are ready to take on even the most demanding orders, offering to cut sheet metal made of a variety of materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper or bronze. We also have a gas burning machine, dedicated to metal sheets up to 150 mm thick. In addition, we have specialized machines for cutting pipes, profiles and sections with maximum dimensions of 450 x 450 mm. We can cut tubes and profiles in straight sections as well as at an angle.
