Lifting platform single pantograph with U or E profile (FPHU/FPHE 1000) for the insertion of the pallet. The steel pipes used in the manufacturing of pre-insulated pipes are manufactured longitudinally welded (ERW) or spirally welded (SAW) in accordance with the norms required by the standard TS EN 253 or customer demands. Pipes comprise three basic materials. Carrier pipes are established as steel, copper or plastic based according to the properties of the carried fluids. Casing pipes are manufactured from high density polyethylene (HDPE) raw material, with UV resistance, 100% waterproof and with online corona. PUR ( POLYURETHANE INSULATION MATERIAL) that is injected between the carrier pipe and casing pipe provides heat insulation besides enabling two pipes operating as one pipe by bonding them together.

The conveying air stream is generated by one or more fans. Product description Pneumatic low-pressure conveyor systems can be implemented as a single-pipe system or a ring system. In the case of the single-pipe system, a final separator in the form of a filter or a cyclone is always necessary. In a ring system the conveying air is driven in the ring. In this case the silo or container acts as the separator. Light dust particles that are not separated in the silo or container initially remain in the circulation. With most materials the fine dust particles tend to attach themselves to the coarser ones and are thus separated with them. Hence, a concentration of the fine dust particles in the conveying stream is avoided as far as possible. The loading of the conveying stream essentially depends on the grain size, density and form of the material to be conveyed. As a guiding value, one may assume 250 - 300 g/m³. Higher loads are possible under certain conditions. In cases where there is a high amount of material, e.g. in planing works, where the splinters are directly removed and transported away for further use, this can also be realised with a ring system and several containers. Switchover takes place automatically when the container signals that it is full. Containers are exchanged during operation.

For the abandonment of Offshore structures special legal requirements apply. Tubes have to be deconstructed under the seabed. This requires special technologies. Our Downhole Cutting Heads (DCHs) can be inserted into tubes and casings over an umbilical from the working platform. Arriving at the destination they clamp in the tubes and perform a 360 degrees cut which severs the tube underneath the seabed. The DCH is pulled out and afterwards the pulling of the tube is possible. Cuttings can be performed up to 150 m (500 ft) deep and pipe sizes between 7” and 72” diameter, whereby the wall thickness can be up to 20” thick. For every requirement we offer the appropriate DCH. By extensions nearly every kind of pipe/tubing/casing can be cut.

Manufacturing piping is one of our specialities. Piping is a versatile aid when sewing – e.g., it can be used along edges, hems, slits, or in seams, for defining dividing seams or transitions dimensionally or by adding colour. Our piping is manufactured using braiding techniques and consists of a tape-like braid/sew-on edge, which has a cord/welt that is more or less thick on one side. This cord defines the edge or the seam. In the case of braided piping, the braid is flexible which makes it ideal for being laid around curves and edges.
