Copper caps made by progressive die deep drawn stamping with high precision, which are used as cap on fuse or loudspeaker, capability is 700000pcs daily. For such small caps, we will design and fabricate progressive die with purpose of high productivity and super low production cost, but tight tolerance, this is the best option for your small stamping parts with fast delivery and stable quality.

This metal stamping casing consist of lower and upper cover with white and black finish, lower and upper casing will be assembled together with screws from the side slot, all electronics components will be fixed on the upper casing with international standard screws, this set of metal casing can stand high temperature during usage, both are formed by metal stamping processes, the lower casing will be TIG welded on four sides, grinded and then powder coated in white.

This stamping brackets are made with carbon steel with 3.0mm thickness by blanking and bending, then powder coated in black with sandy texture, it will be fixed on both sides of the control body with M10 screws, then the whole body will be held on the agriculture machinery.

This metal casing is made with carbon steel with 0.8mm thick, the two sides are separately made by metal stamping and then, spot welded on the main body, then powder coated red, it is used as metal housing/metal casing on LED lighting, also it can be used on electronics or architecture.

These quality stamping parts are used on Mustang motorcycle in USA with regular business, the material is 6.0mm thick, the surface is coarse, and so the most importance is polishing which take us around 2/3 times for production, every single part have to be quality checked after polishing, then, they will be put in PVC tray and delivered to be plated, during packaging, all parts will be quality checked and at least 10% have to be re-plated, really time consumption.

This metal shell is made by progressive deep drawn stamping on 80T pnumatic press machine with +/-0.05mm tolerance for all dimensions, productivity is 60000pcs daily, which can be zinc or nickel plated with 24 hours for salt spray test.

Metal shell can be manufactured by deep drawn stamping or spinning per your parts volume, the outside surface will be usually polished or brushed, and then, powder coating or painting, sometimes, the inside of the shell will be mirror polished for light reflection.

Sheet metal deep drawn stamping are one of metal forming technology with high material usage and precision, welding is unnecessary on deep drawn stamping parts, its shape can be round, square, oval, etc, most of kitchware are made by deep drawn stamping, like cups, cooker, sanitery ware, bowl, etc, material will be stainless steel, aluminum, iron, copper.
