IKO Nano Linear NT is a linear motor drive high thrust pick & place unit with compact integral X and Zaxes, using IKO CLube Linear Way ML in the table guiding parts. Thanks to the adoption of a system which drives the moving table with a link mechanism, it realizes both higher thrust of the linear motor and weight reduction of the moving parts and reduces tact time. By entering a positioning program, you may set flexible operation patterns and change strokes easily according to the workpiece. IKO Nano Linear NT is an optimal compact positioning mechanism for semiconductor and LCD manufacturing machines, as well as testing and inspection equipment and electronic parts assembling machines which require a clean environment.

Alignment Table AT is a rotary positioning mechanism capable of precise angle correction, in which a high rigidity steel table and bed are used and IKO Crossed Roller Bearings are incorporated in the bearings supporting the table. Alignment Table AT uses the ball screw drive to convert linear motion into circular motion in a fixed angle range and positions the table in the rotational direction. An IKO Linear Way L is used for the linear motion rolling guide of the ball screw drive mechanism, combined with a precision ball screw to achieve high precision positioning. Placing Alignment Table AT on the slide table of the IKO Precision Positioning Table enables the configuration of a low height XYθ multiaxis positioning mechanism. This enables the table to be used as an alignment table for precision measuring equipment, inspection equipment and assemblers.

The force measuring chain has been developed for applications where the requirements for precision are not the primary focus, but rather where an economical purchase price and simple functionality are the key criteria. The sensor‘s strain gauge technology allows both static and dynamically changing forces to be measured. The large display means that the force acting on the sensor can be read easily. The four integrated threaded holes allow the sensor to be integrated quickly and easily into existing production and assembly equipment. The technical solutions adopted on this particular model have allowed it to successfully pass the severe tests that the new UNI EN 2011 regulation imposes. The SHUTTER MOD. MARS – CLASS 4 is composed of: PERIMETER FRAME made of press-bent galvanized sheet metal, 20/10 thick, assembled by welding, equipped with an adjustment and anchoring system, with a 60mm cover fin and a minimum depth of 47mm. DOOR made from 50×50 finned tubular profiles of 15/10 thickness with recess for anti-noise perimeter gasket, Internally REINFORCED SLATS with added 40x8mm steel plate. 40x8mm steel PLATE welded internally overlapping the slats for further reinforcement. BUNKERLOCKS LOCK with anti-drill safety cylinder HINGE in galvanized steel diameter 22mm to screw, adjustable in height with steel ball pin; Black balloon SEAL positioned along the entire perimeter of the door, helps to minimize noise during closing.

CF 30 G equipment is supplied completely assembled and ready for operation. The dust collection unit is suited for intermittent operation only, because regular cleaning of the pocket filter element in certain intervals is an absolutely must for the proper operation of the equipment. The cleaning intervals will depend on the operating conditions and must be established by experience. Normally cleaning intervals will be between operating times of 30 minutes to two hours. It is a prerequisite for sufficient and intensive cleaning of the filter cloth that dust collecting is interrupted during cleaning to achieve static pressures on the filter material. A retention time of 1 - 2,5 minutes between the end of the suction and the beginning of the cleaning process is therefore required. The filtered air must be removed outside - do not lead back to closed rooms!

Any conceivable special packaging is adapted precisely to the product in question, e.g. blister or polyethylene packaging. Tube packaging: Compression springs are transported in tube packaging. Tube packaging ensures that they can be inserted without problems, down to the last spring. Sub-assemblies, bent strip parts and laser-generated samples are transported in blister or polyethylene packaging to protect them during transport and storage. Modifying specific extraction mechanisms: We would also be pleased to assist you with our expertise regarding the modification of specific extraction mechanisms. This eliminates downtime of highly complex assembly equipment caused by springs getting caught up in one another.
