The Keiper UNITRANS conveyor belt series can be fitted with numerous different cleats and entraining elements. Cleats and entraining elements are used for ascending or descending conveyor systems, linear movements and whenever lateral forces occur. With these elements it is easier to carry along, transport and place the products to be conveyed. Conveyor belt cleats made of PVC and PU – with or without fabric interlayers – in blue, white, green, petrol or transparent. Depending on the design, they are resistant to oil and grease, have FDA/EU approval. PVC/PU cleats made of belt material can be produced in a straight design or with an inclination of approximately 60° or 80° respectively. SINTEX glue is used in the furniture industry, the manufacture of mattresses and upholstered furniture, for gluing foam rubber with foam rubber, with wood, with felt, with cloth, with metal and foam rubber with plastic , as well as felted fabric with felt, fabric with a cloth. Type of glue: glue based on solvent and synthetic elastomer. This glue is specifically designed for use in furniture manufacturing and repair companies. It is not flammable, which significantly reduces the risk of fire. It is applied with a pneumatic gun (diameter of the nozzle not less - 1,8 mm., at pressure 3-6 bar) on one surface in the form of a thin envelope. Due to the fact that the glue is one-sided, as well as its consistency is much higher than similar glues, its consumption is significantly reduced, and savings can be up to 40%. Drying time: when applied to one surface - 3 minutes.

Fabrics with a maximum width of 160 cm can be printed in our Flexo Printing lines, with a maximum of 4 color options. Fabric compensators are highly flexible and usually made of multi-ply fabric, offering excellent temperature resistance and chemical resistance depending on the particular design. Mainly used in pipe and conduit systems to compensate for axial, lateral and angular movements. One major advantage of this type of compensator is the low restoring forces. Special fabric materials permit temperatures of up to 1,000°C. Additional insulation can be used to resist temperatures of up to 1,600°C .
