Precision forged parts are forged parts where very narrow tolerance can be achieved by following the forging process permanently. Our processes enable forging with the +/- 0.1mm tolerance. We are specialized in the production of precision forged parts weighing between 0.001kg and 1kg made of different material. The advantage of precision forged parts is that they can be used mostly in different compounds and without additional mechanical machining. Hot die drop forging is the method in our company – sticks are heated and inserted into the appropriate forging tool.After the forging process, we trim and pierce the semi-finished products to meet many shapes and other requirements. We shape stainless, alloy and carbon steels. In most cases, more complex and larger forgings are further machined.Due to the specificity of precision forgings, we provide the minimum necessary additional machining and thus reduce the machining times.

Forging is the process of plastic shaping the part, usually hot, semi-hot or cold, under th influence of only compressive forces. Many parts are shaped by forging when high strength is required. With forging, high strength and toughness are obtained. A controlled grain flow is achieved.

A armature is a product or a blank (an intermediate link in the production of any part, equipment) made of strong steel grades, the use of which is widespread in many industries, the automotive industry, and agriculture. A feature of such a blank is its similarity in shape and size with the future product. Strength, flexibility, wear resistance made them indispensable components in the production of various parts. Raw materials for the production of such products are carefully selected taking into account their future field of operation. They reveal what loads the part will be subjected to in the future, in what environment it will be used. After processing the information received, the most suitable steel grades for specific operating conditions are selected. Hydraulic press for deep drawing, forging, forming and cutting process

We can supply forged parts processed in open dies designed by us, with shapes that are not completely closed. The resulting parts can then be machined closer to the final product.

Our open-die forging presses play an important part among the forming presses. Siempelkamp supplies complete open-die forging presses equipped with manipulators and ancillary equipment such as lifting turntables and quite a number of additional components. Our presses operate reliably, fast and precisely, operating at pressing forces between 10 and 160 MN. The range of presses available comprise push-down or pull-down designs, two- or fourcolumn designs with oil-hydraulic or water-hydraulic drives. High-stroke frequency contributes to the eciency of these presses. Our customers produce bars, discs, rings, and anges from materials such as steel, high-alloy steel, nickel-based alloys, titanium, and aluminium on these presses. They prefer to order turn-key plants including integrated manipulators, turntable, die magazine, and die-changing system.
