As a state-of-the-art plastic injection moulding company, we guarantee the highest standards of quality. The thermoplastic granules, with a diameter of 2 to 3 mm, are carefully sucked into a hopper and then heated to high temperature. The molten, malleable material is then injected into the mould, selected according to your specifications. Our high-precision injection moulding machines apply high pressure to allow the plastic to spread evenly in the mould, giving it its final shape. In just a few seconds, the part cools and solidifies, ready to be ejected into a recovery bin. Integrating an automated system into our plastic injection process enables us to minimise costs - Weight: Up to 400 g - Texture: Any texture on request - Composition: Polyester, Polyamide, Polypropylene....

With our comprehensive and modern machine fleet (numerically-controlled machining centres, lathes and milling machines), we oversee the quality processes and manufacturing deadlines for the metal and plastic components of the equipment we design. With this know-how and the immediate availability of our machining equipment, we offer a proactive and flexible service which is invaluable for our customers. We can therefore provide a rapid response to any machining enquiries and adapt to any unexpected changes made during projects. However, our key asset is the proximity of our manufacturing workshop to our Design Office, which facilitates the sharing of skills and the optimisation of components. Heating and cooling presses are independent and operated by separate hydraulic system. A low pressure pump is used to lift the platen at a quick speed, while a high pressure pump is used to keep the heating and cooling presses at a high pressure. Heating and cooling presses are built from two solid welded frames, with all platens securely guided, allowing for a tremendously high rigidity of construction and thus , excellent parallelism of platens. This eliminates the undesirable effects of heat expansion. The pressure settings at the different stages of heating and cooling are programmable. High precision temperature control ( 1.5℃) is achieved through excellent circulation and monitoring of thermal heating oil. Manual transfer the material cassette from table stand to stand by stand. Uniform application of pressure thereby avoids discoloration. The heating temperature is evenly and accurately distributed across the total hot platen area.

Zelux W is an optically clear engineering plastic with excellent dimensional stability and good strength and stiffness over a wide range of service temperatures. Zelux is used for a wide variety of electrical applications due to its low moisture absorption, good electrical insulating properties (Dielectric Strength 760 v/mil) and an excellent flammability rating (UL Yellow Card file E240206). Zelux is easy to fabricate, paint, and glue.

Thermalux® Polysulfone (PSU) is an amber colored, semi-transparent, heat-resistant, high performance engineering thermoplastic that offers higher heat resistance and better hydrolytic stability than polycarbonate (PC). It retains its good mechanical properties when exposed to steam and other sterilization techniques. We offer it in natural light amber in either rods, films and sheets.
