TECHNICAL DEFINITION SEMIN AIRLESS is an interior finishing coating designed for Airless projection. It is ideally suited to the preparation of pre-slabs, walled concrete and plasterboards before painting. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Emulsion acrylic resin, mineral filler, cellulose derivatives, conservation agent and various additives. ACCEPTED SUBSTRATES • Pasterboard • Filling coatings • Old paintwork • Smoothed concrete • Plaster blocks SUITABLE SURFACES SEMIN AIRLESS can be covered with any acrylic or oil-based paint. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Dry matter: 72% • Density: 1.6 PREPARATION OF SURFACES BEFORE APPLICATION The substrate must comply with DTU 59.1, i.e. be clean, dry, free of dust and of any trace of stripping oil. Plasterboard must be primed. APPLICATION SEMIN AIRLESS can be projected with any type of Airless type 695, 795 or Mark 5 machine, fitted with an Airless tremie and a size 21, 23 or 41 nozzle.

APPLICATION Apply manually using a smoothing trowel or a filling knife. The maximum thickness will be 2 mm per coat. Allow to harden and remove imperfections before sanding, if necessary. Print the SEMIN ENDUIT DE LISSAGE if applying satin-finish or gloss paint. Clean tools in water.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION Ready mixed filler for interior and exterior finishing work on walls and ceilings OSCAR is a water based filler giving a finish identical to oil based products. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Resin emulsion containing calcium carbonate, rheological agent and various additives. The resulting paste is white. The maximum thickness will be 1 mm per coat. Smooth and sand if necessary before OSCAR has entirely set. Clean tools with water.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION Extra-fine finishing filler in powder form for all types of interior jobs. The substrate is now ready to be decorated with paint, wallpaper or any wall covering. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Calcium carbonate, redispersible resin, rheological agent and various additives. Produces a white paste. SUITABLE SURFACES • Wallpaper • paint • wall covering • Plasterboards • Concrete • Old paint • Plaster-based high build filler • Plaster blocks • Cement render • Undercoat TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Setting time : >24hrs (drying filler) • Powder’s density : 0.8 • Grain size : very fine • pH : 7 • Adhesion : complies with standard NFT 30 608 MIXING FACTOR Use approximately 11-12 litres of water for one 25 kg bag. Allow the paste to rest for 15 min before use. APPLICATION Apply either manually with a steel trowel or a putty knife, or mechanically. Allow to harden and scrape off any possible imperfection before sanding down.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION Interior finishing plaster. Can be used with Airless spray. It provides a fine, uniform and even finish and is easy to sand. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Water, calcium carbonate, resin and various additives. The resulting paste is off-white in colour. COVERINGS Primer coat, paint, wall coverings. TECHNICAL PROPERTIES • Density : 1.8 • Dry extract : 73% STORAGE 18 months in original unopened packaging away from frost and high temperatures. PREPARATION OF SUBSTRATES. Substrates must comply with the DTU 59.1 standard i.e. be dry, clean, dust-free, hard and free of any trace of separating agent. Scrape, brush and remove dust from concrete, plasterboard and plaster tiles. APPLICATION Manual application : With a trowel or filling knife. Mechanical application : Airless and spraying machine. In cold weather, mix the product quickly to aid aspiration. We recommend removing the filter from the pump, spraying at about 80 cm from the substrate.

PREPARATION OF SUBSTRATES Substrates must comply with the DTU 59.1 standard i.e. be dry, clean, dust-free, hard and free of any trace of separating agent. APPLICATION Applied by hand using a filling knife or spatula. The thickness is 2 cm; to fill deeper holes, build up the filler in several steps The maximum thickness will be 1 cm per coat.
