Use a brush, spatula or similar to apply evenly a suitable quantity of paste to the head or nut contact surface and to the thread. The paste also acts as a sealant against spray water and condensate. Do not use paste instead of grease and mix only with suitable lubricants.

WIWOX® 410 is a liquid, alkaline mould cleaning agent for the removal of burnt rubber and plastic residues from metallic surfaces. It is also used as a paint stripper. WIWOX® 410 is used undiluted for immersion cleaning of metal moulds. The construction material for the tank can be sheet steel or stainless steel. The tank size depends on the moulds to be cleaned. The pool can be heated from the outside or inside by a heating coil. The processing temperature is generally approx. 80° C. The processing time depends on the degree of soiling and the type of soiling between 10 – 30 minutes.

The machine of series KT can be applied universally. It is designed for the industrial part cleaning. Application fields: metal degreasing, electrical industry, optical industry, medical technology, maintenance and service etc. The compact design of the machine as 3-tank system guarantees a high cleaning quality together with space-saving location. The Plasmajet® (registered AFS trademark) produces a plasma without a vacuum. The plasma, generated by high voltage in combination with any process gas, is blown out of the unit, and is potential-free. It is used for surface modification. When the plasma comes into contact with a plastic surface, the wettability is increased. Metal surfaces can effectively be cleaned, and it is also possible to weld plastic sheets. The system comprises of a plasma reactor with nozzle, a high-voltage generator with transformer and high-voltage rectifier. The application field for Plasmajet® is mainly where geometric, three-dimensional bodies or profiles are to be coated, printed, glued or cleaned. Brushing is a technical process used for deburring, fine grinding or cleaning of materials. Complete surfaces for aluminium, steel or stainless steel - whether highly polished surfaces in watchmaker quality or precisely brushed medical instruments.

This is the ideal piece of equipment for blasting small and even smaller surfaces of glass and metal for matting, fettling, cleaning, polishing and drilling. All mineral media such as corundum, glass beads, cullet, silicium, walnut and plastic granules in the grain size range of 0 - 300 μ can be used as blasting agents. There is a selection of hard metal nozzles with a diameter of 0.8 mm and 1.0 - 1.2 mm as well as 1.5 mm for various requirements.
