The removal of mineral deposits, concrete, slag, filling compound or similar substances in pipe and sewer systems is made possible by this newly designed nozzle. The substances are separated in their structure by the vibrations in a specific frequency field and detached from the pipe wall. In particular, drainage pipes in landfill or tunnel areas can also be cleaned without any problems. - Not suitable for vitrified clay or clay pipes.

The RDS nozzles effectively clean the inner wall of the duct. The RDS type is divided into three categories: Increased cleaning performance = Type B/C Closure removal = Type D Increased feed = Type E

The Avanti nozzle was specially developed to free frozen sewage pipes from ice. Of course, it can also be used to remove comparable deposits, such as light rooting, mineral deposits, etc.

The Roto-Max is specially designed for use in industrial water. The milling head is made of hardened stainless steel and therefore has a long service life. Most customers buy the Roto-Max incl. a guide cage and nozzle inserts made of ceramic in order to be able to work in pipe diameters from DN 80 to DN 600 without any problems.

With ABANO nozzle technology, approx. 15% less drive power is required. The power not required can additionally be used in the suction area. The cross-sectional area of the nozzle inserts is also reduced by approx. 15%, which creates an increased pressure size at the insert (low back pressure approx. 1 bar). Design details distinguish the new technology from the round jet nozzle technology currently available on the market and increase the cleaning power with lower energy and material consumption. Applicable up to DN 800!

The standard nozzles made of partially hardened VA steel, are best suited for standard cleaning of smaller pipes and house connections.
