The unique pump controls achieve a discharge head of 40 mWS, while the AWALIFT 10/6x2 version boosts this discharge head to 80 mWS. Proven components, such as our separator, separating flaps, level controller, etc. are used in this system as well. Pallet based automated car parking system RESPACE Pallet based technology The pallet based automated car parking system RESPACE is an interesting solution for creating up to 50 parking spaces. Drivers park their car on a pallet in a cabin. The cabin is the only interface between the driver and the car park. From this point everything is automatic. The door of the cabin closes and the car is transported downwards by lift. From there the car standing on the pallet is brought to a free parking space via roller conveyors. The pallet based parking system RESPACE is characterized by a very compact design. From the lift the pallets with the vehicles are moved directly to adjacent parking spaces. Car parking and removal follows according the puzzle principle. The car park has 60 parking spaces and is used as a hotel car parking, but also available to the public.

Palletless automated car parking system CUBILE Palletless technology The palletless fully automated car parking system CUBILE is a perfect solution for creating from 50 to over 1000 parking spaces. As no pallets are used for transporting cars, the system is very fast and efficient. Drivers park their car at ground level in one of the entrance cabins and receive a parking ticket. The cabin is the only interface between the driver and the car park. From this point everything is automatic. The cabin’s rolling gate closes and the car is transported below ground in a lift before it is collected by one of horizontal transfer vehicles and brought to a free parking space. In the palletless parking system CUBILE, the Lödige Shifter does the heavy lifting. This is an ultra-flat robot that drives underneath the car and lifts it up at the wheels to take it from the lift to the transfer vehicle and transport it to the parking space.

haacon offers parking supports for the parking of containers and swap bodies. One set consists of 4 individual supports. Containers up to 32 t can be easily and inexpensively parked for loading and unloading or for intermediate storage. The standard version with stability up to wind force 7 can be moved on mounted solid rubber wheels. The particularly 'storm-proof' version with stability up to wind force 12 has an extended foot version and is transported either by forklift or a small auxiliary vehicle. The supports are designed in accordance with BGV D8 and can support a max. load of 11 t per support. To set down the container, the supports are attached to the lower ISO corners and locked. By means of air suspension the vehicle is lowered so that the truck can exit. The container remains on the supports until it is picked up again.

Die Velabran GmbH wurde in 2015 von der Beteiligungs-und Betriebsgesellschaft Bautzen mit der Herstellung eines neuen Eingangsgebäudes für den Saurierpark Bautzen (Kleinwelka) beauftragt. Dieser Generalunternehmer-Auftrag beinhaltete den Bau des „Mitoseum“ (Zellteilung) aus 3 verschieden großen Kuppeln, die höchste mit 23 m. Velabran GmbH entwickelte gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Ingenieuren ein innovatives technisches System zur Herstellung der Stahlstuktur, da die Geometrie des Gebäudes sehr komplex ist. In 4 Monaten Bauzeit (ohne Rohbau und Fundamentierung) konnte dieses ambitionierte Bauvorhaben verwirklicht werden. Es wird eine Grundfläche von 850 m² überspannt.
