The X or longitudinal axis, the Y or transversal axis and the Z or vertical axis belong to the tool movement. They can be interpolated in linear and circular way on 3-dimension geometrical planes, belonging to X-Y-Z. The C axis can be turned and positioned on all angles within 440° (± 220°); the A axis can be tilted and positioned on all angles within 250° (± 125°). The travelling circular knife machine CCM 6 cuts rigid profiles and tubes accurately to length. The CCM 6 achieves very long processing times of several seconds for excellent "final trim quality" thanks to a standard servo linear drive for the tool carrier, and at the same time extremely short cycle times of less than one second for machining short parts at high line speeds. Added to this is the servo linear drive for circular knife feed with different feed speeds for different material sections, e.g. a gentle material penetration or knife exit with low feed to reduce burr formation. High speed ranges As far as the knife speed is concerned, we offer you outstanding possibilities of alternatively 2,000 – 6,000 rpm or 4,000 – 12,000 rpm. This means that there are no limits to the use of various types of circular knives, including clamping and grinding in continuous operation. By inserting a 10 mm thick covering panel in the pre-assembled, self-adhesive or screwed U10 profile on the window frame, damaged niches in walls can be covered up following the installation of replacement windows. The F10/65 profile can be bonded in position to neaten the wall corner. The F10/65 profile is PVC window grade and can also be used to create a frame (e.g. for loft ladder openings).

POLIFILM is offering a wide assirtment of transparent, white, black and black / white films fort he protection of PVC- and aluminium profiles. Films composition as well as adhesive selection depend upon our customers` specifications. PVC profiles are typically protected by transparent, white or black / white films. Natural rubber based adhesives perform very well for these applications when combined with UV absorbing / blocking films. Natural rubber adhesive systems prevent film lifting during profile cutting and handling. For aluminium profiles mainly black / white films with customer print as well as occasionally black films are used. Our product range includes product with weather resistance between one month and twelve months.
