Stamped parts / contract manufacture Your products delivered punctually As a flexible stamping business, Schulz Stanztechnik manufactures various stamped and stamped bent parts for the most diverse areas of application from conveyance technology components, the automotive industry to mechanical components such as washers and angle connectors or entire assemblies. We place particular emphasis on high-quality and punctual manufacture and delivery of the ordered products and services. We are also in a position to meet special requests of our customers at short notice. Alongside the actual stamping process, Schulz Stanztechnik carries out numerous additional tasks, such as the creation of threads, use of installation parts or the installation of several components to the stamped parts. These activities can be carried out during stamping as well as in a separate work process.

Our special ability lies in the processing of metal strips pre-coated with adhesives. With this material it is particularly important not to damage the surface mechanically whilst at the same time not to impair the ability to bond. Around installation technology, cable clamps for the fastening of HF cables to telecommunication masts are our speciality. These cable clamps consist of a C frame including retaining feet (for installation on to a C-profile or flat bar) and a fastening screw with grouted thrust washer. In addition, the corresponding number of cable trays (inlays) are supplied. C frame The C frames are stamped bent parts which – depending on their size – have lateral pieces to provide rigidity and stability. The fixing screws have a uniform hexagon head. Due to the construction and material selection, after tightening, a secure hold is ensured even without a lock nut. A torque of 1.5 Nm is recommended here. Installation to flat bars is possible up to a material thickness of 9.3 mm. Inlay The cable troughs are chamfered for side installation or simple setting into the C frame. The wide overlap protects against falling through before tightening the fastening screw.

For removing of stamping scrap the GSW Linear Parts Transporters are a much more durable solution over belt conveyors. With compact design, eight different sizes and a strong performance up to 100kg peak load they set a worldwide standard. However, for fast removal of good parts and some scraps, belt conveyors can offer a most suitable solution – especially if the parts are delicate and would suffer from bumping and dirt. That is why for such applications we do offer conveyors too.
