The HONSEL Rivdom eBZ 3 battery riveter was developed specially for the demands of the setting of high-strength blind rivets with 6.4 and 7.8 mm diameter with grooved rivet stud! The clamping jaws specially designed for this geometry and a modified clamping mechanism guarantee reliable and positive settings of high-strength blind rivets with a stud diameter from 3.8 to 6.15 mm. Oriented to the demands of industrial series production, Rivdom eVNG 2 offers a wide range of use features and options. Innovative. Sturdy and reliable. Force or stroke control! Depending on the fastener to be set and the application, the Rivdom eVNG 2 can be operated with either force or stroke control via the menu of the control display. Rivdom eVNG 2 has a patented gearbox with two independently operated BLDC motors. This allows the system to be variably switched on and off during the return stroke.
