We offer polymer ceramic component parts where plastic molding is required for complicated particle shapes and where the thermal stability of plastic is insufficient.

In the production of rubber grommets and rubber seals, we use tools with special coatings and tooling concepts that prevent the adhesion of rubber parts (including TPE, EPDM). With this protocol, we guarantee safe mass production.

For hightech accessories, we use materials such as Arnite, Grivory, Ryton, Ultem, and Ultrason (partially filled with up to 50% glass fiber). Furthermore, we are able to achieve the highest degree of precision both in concentricity and in measuring range, thanks to our tool concepts that provide for innovative cooling and for the use of innovative molding materials.

INOX® Brake Cleaner is a highly effective cleaning agent for drum and disc brakes, brake linings and pads, clutch linings and pressure plates, as well as all parts in and around the motor vehicle which are contaminated with oil, grease, etc. Due to the high proportion of active ingredients, an intensive and fast-acting cleaning is achieved. No residues remain. It is not corrosive and generally does not attack rubber and plastics. However, due to the variety of plastics on the market, a compatibility test is recommended.

In coil coating, an organic coating is applied to the surface of a metal strip in a continuous process. For technical applications, there are also high-temperature resistant and non-stick as well as anti-friction systems, directly rubber- or plastic-coated metal strips. INOX® De-waxer IX 6000 is ideal for removing paraffin-based preservative waxes from new cars. The de-preservative is gentle on paints, plastics, glass and rubber. Due to its special formula, INOX® Depreservative IX 6000 is also suitable for cleaning and degreasing machines, equipment, vehicle underbodies and engines.
