The machine is designed for cleaning and degreasing of cylindrical and heavy parts with total length up to 4500 mm and diameter up to 150 mm. Each part is placed on a trolley and loaded inside the chamber of the machine. The cleaning process is carried out by seven nozzle collectors – six rotating and one moving up/down. The machine provides a combination of fully automated and manual cleaning. The dosing of the detergent is manual. The washer is equipped with a filter that catches particles with dimensions larger than 250 μm. There is mounted a fan for exhausting of the vapour and lighting inside the washing chamber. The machine body is made entirely out of stainless steel, material EN 1.4301 / AISI 304. The equipment complies with the high CE- Requirements and EU – and USDA regulations.

DOLFİN- VDL series Drum (Spiral) parts washing machines are used especially for cleaning small parts with high production quantities and produced in bulk. The materials poured from the inlet part of the spiralised drum in the device are directed towards the outlet part of the drum by the spirals inside the drum. While the drum moves on its own axis according to the set rotation speed, the parts are subjected to washing (degreasing), rinsing, passivation and drying processes respectively (depending on the model). Since these processes are sequential and continuous, all processes are completed quickly and effectively in a single device. Full penetration is achieved by pressurised spraying and immersion effects in each section. It is a very functional model used especially for washing bolts, nuts, washers, or small parts of this type, and fittings, nipples, couplings and fittings processed in high quantities on cnc and automat machines.

The parts are placed on a mobile table, which is positioned in front of the machine and via a mechanical actuator, the board of the table moves inside. The cleaning is carried out by three nozzle collectors – two fixed and one movable. The machine has a mud sump and oil separator. The mud sump catches gross dirt larger than 1.5 mm. The band oil separator is designed for separation of the oil from the washing solution. Machine corpus made entirely out of stainless steel, material No. 1.4301. The machine complies with the high CE-Requirements and EU- and USDA regulations.
