Drums are used in belt conveyors for the handling of bulk materials, with predominant functions of activating (control drums) and tensioning (idler drums) the rubber matting. Drum clamp to be installed on the forks of the forklift. The clamp is made of a sturdy steel frame and fork mounted with a forklift, the locking is ensured by two screws and a chain with safety catch that prevents the clamp from sliding off the forks. The coupling and release system of the drum is automatic and the operator must not get off the forklift. It is sufficient to bring the clamp close to the drum and lift. Closing of the clamp is favored by the weight of the drum; to unhook it, simply place the drum on the floor. The clamp cannot be used to handle empty drums. CART DRUM MOD. DE FP 450 The trolley for drums DE FP 450 allows a single operator to lift and carry in a fast and secure way metal drums with a maximum weight of 300 Kg. The cart has an automatic hook grip with height adjustment, rubber wheels, roll-back support, handle with rubber grips. Suitable for use on smooth floor. Operation: The operator must approach the trolley to the full drum by inserting the bottom of the catch hook under the rim of the drum and levering it with the foot on the bottom of the trolley, tilting it slightly to lift the drum. Thanks to the weight of the drum, the hook automatically snaps and locks the drum firmly. To unhook the drum simply place the base of the drum on the ground, pull the bottom of the trolley toward it, then disengage the bottom of the catch that automatically reopens. In the case of empty drums, the operator must manually apply a pressure on the drum to allow hook activation.

Clamp for drums to install on the forks of the forklift. The clamp consists of a sturdy steel frame and fork mounted on a forklift. Operation: The connection and disconnection of the drum is automatic and the operator should not fall from the cart, simply push the caliper to the frame, apply light pressure and lift. The clamping device is extremely safe because it is constituted by a double hook, the release is done automatically by placing the drum to the floor. The trolley is suitable for lifting full drums, it is possible lifting the empty drums by pressing it over a pressure to hook the trolley. In the case of empty drums, a second operator must manually apply a pressure on the drum to enable the hooks to be activated.

The considerable length of the handlebar with rubber grips and the perfect balance allow a single operator to transport a 200 liter drum effortlessly and safely. TANK FOR LIQUID COLLECTION SERIES FPB821/822R - WITH WHEELS The containers of polluting liquids must be stored in a safe manner, in order to prevent contamination of the aquifers in particular. The collection tanks are watertight, oven-painted with epoxy powders and the support surface is in hot-galvanized grating. Garland roller sets are used in belt conveyors that have to handle blunt, bulky, heavy materials. The increased containment capacity of the roller basin facilitates higher speed of transport than those of traditional stations. As lower rollers (return) because they prevent the accumulation of material carried by the band, the field of application is specifically on the steel tubes; they thus favour linear and jolt-free running of the rubber matting. They consist of clamped or monobloc base rollers with steel tube and special anti-abrasive rubber rings pressure-aligned on the jacket.
