Simple, professional, bench thermosealers, suitable for closing food trays. The FP-TM thermosealers are equipped with a hot plate that, manually lowered by the operator, allows the plastic film to be sealed onto the plastic trays, sealing and protecting the contents. The FP-TM thermosealers are equipped with a temperature selector that makes them easy to use on any type and thickness of film/trays. Depending on the machine and mold purchased, it is possible to heat up a trays or two trays simultaneously. For each type of tray you must use the relative mold.

Vacuum packaging machine with trolley and double lateral sealing bars, made of stainless steel (AISI 304). Equipped with digital panel and volumetric electronic sensor for the steady control of vacuum. Volume increased chamber and convex lid for a max eight of 250 mm. The vacuum pump of 40m3/h with three-phase 380V motor ensures high productivity. The two side bars with a length of 60 cm allow to pack more bags simultaneously (on one or both of the bars), reducing packing times. Is however possible to use it with a single bar. The DZ 600 2S packaging machine is also used for the vacuum seal and the jars of creams, jams, etc .. The vacuum chamber utilizes specific smooth envelopes for vacuum. Vacuum machines can be equipped with gas injection system (MAP). Each sealing bar is equipped with two nozzles which introduce gases in different quantities, so the machines are suitable for the packaging of one single use for each sealing bar.

High temperature resistant paper, ideal for wrapping doughs to be baked in bakeries, bakeries and pastry shops. Baking paper, ovenable paper and siliconized paper are suitable for the packaging of non-stick food products. Greaseproof baking papers have the heat-resistance property and are available in various weights and sizes.

Coated paper with Mater-Bi®, ideal for direct contact with all fresh food, resistant, completely biodegradable and compostable. Mater-Bi® indicates a family of biopolymers and bioplastics dedicated to the production of food packaging with reduced enviromental impact. Our kraft coated paper with Mater-Bi® has an appearance and a texture similar to the resin coated papers. It has the same technical characteristics and it's perfect for the packaging of fresh counter products. The use of bio paper for food and the printing with water-based biodegradable colors, make our packaging with Mater-Bi® a completely environment-oriented solution that the final consumer may dispose in the waste collection. Soft, flexible and ecological packaging made of embossed paper layers from 2 to 9 with padding effect. The main function of the cushion pad for chocolates boxes is the mechanical protection against pressures and strokes inside of the boxes, but it is also a stabilizer during the transport.
