Single head capping machine is speically designed to meet the requirements universal screw caps,for some manufacturers have different types of caps, and do not have a big bulk production. The bottles are going on inline on a conveyor, and for different size of bottles in a wide range which are not required changeover parts, and big difference diameter or size of caps, only replacing a capping head, the replacing time takes less than 2 mins. OEM factories prefer to such a bottle capper. The capping system is driven by a servo motor, torque is adjustable, meet almost all the users needs, for different height of containers, the capping head is adjustable.The whole capper was PLC control with HMI operation. for this capper is designed for OEM and low capacity need, so we considered more flexiable of the capper working and operation, meanwhile the cost is acceptable for most of the users.

The benefits of induction technology in a capless sealing process. Successful sealing on both capless and non-screw-cap containers such as snap on caps is now possible with a pressure Sealer incorporating an Enercon Super Seal™ unit. Typically, pressure belt sealing is used to replace conduction sealing or to reduce the dwell-time needed in conduction sealing. Seals are either placed onto the capless containers or reside in the cap as inserted by the cap manufacturer. The capped container is then guided through the induction heating tunnel, where downward pressure is applied to the clip-on cap or foil by a non-metallic recirculating belt. This unique design automatically takes account of component variations and tolerances, such as bottle height variation, product overfill, line speed variation and bottle centres. BTF designs and builds ovens for performance of fire resistance testing according several standards. We have experience in the construction of vertical, horizontal and combi ovens which are built for fire resistance trials –under controlled pressure and temperature. The furnaces are equipped with all the instruments needed for the monitoring, the acquisition and the processing of data. We continuously develop our own software using Siemens material for the automatic monitoring of the ovens during tests on the basis of a programmed curve and with data measured by the various sensors and probes (temperature, pressure, oxygen, radiation, deflection,…) The ovens can be flexible and equipped with a loadbearing system, an outdoor chimney with an extraction or treatment of flue gas, walkways, camera, deflection measurement system, etc. We also manufacture frames, removable walls and caps to modulate space in ovens according to tested samples. We move, adapt and renovate existing installation.

Crown caps for your customised need. We manufacture crown cork bottle caps with different lining materials and colour options to meet your needs. Crown caps are suitable for glass, plastic, and aluminium bottles, and can be used for all kind of beverages. Crown caps are possible to get with standard Pantone PMS colours, plain one colour printing or multicolour CMYK printing. Also, it is possible to apply customer designed printing, including inside printing. For printing we use the offset printing method. Inside printing gives you more opportunities for product differentiation and marketing. Our crown caps are made of tinplated steel (TP, electrolytically coated or lined with tin) or tin free steel (TFS, chromium plated steel). We use BPA-free lacquers. A range of crown caps are available in standard stock colours. Plain stock colours of crown caps are available by the box.

Any existing crowner can be converted to use RipCap or RingCrown caps, with easy and quick change over from one cap type to the other. RingCrown Technology comprises equipment that can be run at the same speed and efficiency as a crowner, up to 60,000 bottles/hour. The equipment consists of a sorting hopper located above the crowner to orientate the cap. The cap chute to move the cap to a cap applier. The cap applier to place the cap to a bottle. RingCrown sealing heads to crimp and seal the cap to the bottle. Finn-Korkki has been designing and manufacturing ring crown cap equipment since 1979. We supply customers with ring crown cap equipment, a supervised installation and operator training when necessary. Thanks to special sealing heads and equipment, metal and plastic bottles can be sealed with ring crown caps. The sealing is at a very low top pressure to prevent the aluminium bottle or plastic bottle from being deformed during sealing.
